Stepping out for a book signing, Hilary Duff was spotted at a Borders in Glendale, CA on Wednesday December 1. The blonde beauty looked absolutely gorgeous as she signed copies of her new literary offering, �Elixir,� for some lucky fans during the World AIDS Day fundraising effort.
