According to Communist Party of India Centre to declare about the unprecedented floods in Andhra Pradesh and a several districts, also calamity in Karnataka.

The Communist Party in Andhra has mobilized its resources for rushing in relief. �Adjoining districts have already collected hundreds of bags of rice, clothes and blankets and are distribute them among the displaced flood victims.� Said for Communist Party of India's General Secretary A B Bardhan.
